Boxing Classes

Boxing Training for Beginners

The boxing classes for beginners are for those who have little or no experience in the sport of boxing. The combos will be short so that you can repeat them frequently and get your fundamentals sorted out, while our sparring sessions will be kept light mostly with drills to keep things simple at first!

Boxing Training For Advanced

Advanced training usually entails fighters to do their own general cardiovascular training as it takes up time and is easy to do on their own. However, when it comes to anaerobic training (heart rate > 90%), this is where we will push you.

Getting fit for a fight is only one part of the equation, the next part is training your fight intelligence in the ring. This is by far the most difficult aspect to train as the mental aspect affects almost 70% of the fight. We will put you through several sparring partners and push you accordingly so that you will come out of this as mentally prepared as possible.

Boxing Private Training

If you would like to have our coaches train at your preferred location, we can make that happen. We also offer small group boxing training sessions – from 2 pax all the way up to company sized events! Just let us know what your requirements are and our team will do the rest!

1 on 1 Personal Training

If you need more help with boxing and want to clock more mitt sessions or if you are looking to lose weight, contact us for personal training. We can even do small group if you prefer. Specific boxing classes will be curated for you so whether it be weight loss or boxing skills, one-on-one sessions will show dramatic results in the fastest time possible. The scheduling of personal 1-on-1 session is fluid and based on your availability.

Singapore Boxing Trainers

Our boxing trainers/coaches are particular about ensuring all students’ technique is on point. We do not encourage volume without precision, so even if you are doing your bagwork we want you to perform each repetition with accuracy. When sparring with any of the coaches, we’ll go light and focus on technique. Our goal is to show that even in sparring you can triumph by using proper technique over brute force.
